Our management team has over 80 years of combined experience in areas specific to properly supporting the sport of EZeeGolf including product development and manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing and management and legal.
Roy H. Taylor, CEO COB
Mr. Taylor spent many years working on sophisticated aviation systems and missile launch projects for Northrop Aircraft and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company. He worked on NASA’s Cape Canaveral moon launches and on U.S. Air Force jet-fighter fire control systems the included ejection-seat technologies. Both required meeting critical time line schedules where safety was a vital issue. Earlier training encompassed electronics schools in the United States Air Force and Engineering training at Antelope College in Lancaster, California and management training from the University Of San Francisco. Mr. Taylor’s proven engineering skills were the key ingredients in the invention and development of the EZeeGolf club.
Steve Fluke, President
Mr. Fluke began golfing at age nine and advanced to become a competitive professional winning three professional events. After 7 years he moved on to become a club professional working in many capacities including merchandising and management and although rewarding he sought a new challenge and moved into a different arena of competition, telecommunications and the MCI Corporation. At MCI he excelled learning the business from the ground up and advanced to management. After three years he was ready for another challenge and founded GolfTelecomm, a sales organization providing telecommunication and internet services to golf companies throughout the US. This was a successful operation but as the telecommunication industry evolved he moved forward and formed GolfTranz Business Services where his group continues to provide merchant services, hardware and consultation to over 2200 clients nationwide. Through the years Mr. Fluke has established many associations and contacts throughout the golf industry that enhance his efforts and effectiveness in running the day-to-day operations at EZeeGolf. He obtained his degree in Business Management from California State University San Jose.
James Barrett, Corporate Attorney
Mr. Barrett is a results-driven corporate attorney with a proven track record of 13 years of legal experience including 5 years as in house counsel where he met and exceeded the business and legal objectives of corporate and business clients. Mr. Barrett possesses a breadth and depth of expertise in business transaction law involving general corporate matters, contract and licensing agreements, strategic partnerships, litigation and regulatory compliance. Mr. Barrett exercises comprehensive business knowledge and law practice to skillfully identify and resolve legal issues impacting all aspects of company operations skilled at collaborate with counsel and all members of an organization, including C-level management and boards of directors to minimize corporate exposure to liabilities. Capitalize on strong negotiation skills to facilitate alternative dispute resolution and close beneficial settlement agreements. Licensed to practice in the State of California as well as Federal District Court.
A member of the U.S. Professional Golfers Association for over 10 years, Mike served as assistant professional at Bel Air CC, teaching professional at Riviera CC and San Francisco GC, and head golf professional at Palos Verdes CC. McTeigue was voted the 1995 Teacher of the Year for the Northern California Section of the Professional Golfers Association. He was a popular speaker on golf instruction at sectional meetings of the Professional Golfer’s Association. He was an Approved Speaker in the Etonic PGA Section Education Program and a faculty member in the PGA’s Golf Professional Training Program. He was an instructor in the PGA’s Professional Training and Development Seminar Program. He was an Invited Speaker at the Second World Scientific Congress of Golf at St. Andrews, Scotland in July 1994, at the Meet the Mentors Golf Summit preceeding the 1995 Ryder Cup Matches in Rochester, NY, and the NCPGA Player and Teacher Development Forum in 1998. His published works include the “X Factor” articles with Jim McLean; the “Science of the Swing” instruction series in GOLF Magazine, the Golf Digest article, “How’s Your Grip Pressure?”; and the Senior Golfer series on “Curing Your Slice”; as well as numerous articles in golf trade publications. McTeigue also authored the hardcover book and companion video, The Keys to the Effortless Golf Swing, which GOLF Magazine featured as top selections. Mike graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a degree in Psychology, and he received his Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
